Have you seen all the news going around about how alcohol is basically worthless? Even in moderation? According to new-ish studies, researchers found that even just occasional alcohol use was not good for people's health.
It's not like catastrophic or anything but totally counterproductive if you have health and wellness goals.

Spicy Peach Margarita Mocktail Refresher
Blend a peach with green tea, lime juice, peach sparkling water, and jalapeno simple syrup in a blender until smooth.
To make jalapeno simple syrup, just heat sugar, water, and jalapeños in a small saucepan, stirring until everything is combined over medium-low heat (usually takes about 5 minutes). Then pour the sugar mixture through a sieve into a jar, cover with a lid, and refrigerate until cool.
Throw away the jalapenos or add them to your mocktail.
For fun, rim your glass with honey and Tajin. Then pour the mocktail over ice and top off with peach sparkling water.
Garnish with sliced jalapenos and a peach slice.
